我们非常荣幸地向您介绍一个具有里程碑意义的合作项目：智慧之桥——中阿双人工智能展厅。这一项目是第七届进博会首届人工智能全球合作论坛的重要成果。该项目旨在通过在中国和迪拜两地建立中阿人工智能展厅，促进中国与阿拉伯国家在人工智能领域的深度合作与交流。展厅将成为展示两国人工智能技术成就、探索未来科技发展、深化双边合作的重要平台。

一.背景

随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展，中国和阿拉伯国家都将其视为推动经济转型和社会进步的关键力量。中国作为全球人工智能领域的领军者，拥有强大的技术研发能力和广阔的市场前景。而阿拉伯国家则凭借其独特的地理位置和丰富的资源，成为连接东西方的重要桥梁。通过建立双人工智能展厅（以下简称：智慧之桥），我们旨在加强两国在人工智能领域的合作，共同探索科技前沿，推动区域经济的繁荣与进步。

智慧之桥是七届中国国际进口博览会（进博会）重要配套活动：首届人工智能论坛的核心成果之一。

该论坛是由全球招商中心委员会和人工智能全球合作论坛组委会主办，中国国际科技促进会母基金分会联合主办。商汤科技、澳門人工智能與區塊鏈技術研究學會、上海人工智能研究院、深圳市人工智能产业协会、中国产业海外发展协会、国际人工智能产业联盟、上海大模型生态发展有限公司、浙江数字内容研究院协办。华为等科技公司支持，清华大学五道口金融学院学术支持，东方语者（上海）文化科技有限公司承办。

首届论坛以“智能新共识，产业新纪元”为主题，倡导开放、合作和共享，以团结全球人工智能产业组织和企业为己任，聚集了国内超百家AI领军企业的高管及科学家，地方产业协会及科研院所的技术专家，他们在智能交通、自动驾驶、大模型、具身智能、智能大健康等领域展开话题讨论，共同推进AI赋能产业发展演进，探求全球人工智能产业合作的新机遇，并推动全球人工智能产业开放合作联盟的成立，以赋能人类智能命运共同体的建设。

该项目由论坛组委会及承办方东方语者（上海）文化科技有限公司发起并运营，现将项目介绍如下：

二.展厅人工智能展示的规划

中阿双人工智能展厅将展示两国在人工智能领域的最新技术、产品和应用。展示内容涵盖智能机器人、机器学习算法、自然语言处理、计算机视觉、智能交通系统、智能医疗解决方案等多个领域。展厅将采用互动式展示方式，让参观者能够亲身体验人工智能技术的魅力和潜力。

各个功能展区的规划：

展厅将分为多个功能展区，每个展区都将展示特定的人工智能应用和解决方案：

智能机器人展区：展示服务型机器人、工业机器人以及用于特殊任务的机器人。

智能交通展区：展示自动驾驶技术、智能交通管理系统和智能物流解决方案。

智能医疗展区：展示人工智能在医疗诊断、治疗和健康管理中的应用。

智能制造展区：展示智能制造技术、工业自动化解决方案和智能工厂模型。

互动体验区：提供虚拟现实、增强现实等互动体验，让参观者亲身体验人工智能技术。

三.活动规划

为了促进两国在人工智能领域的交流与合作，展厅将定期举办各种活动：

技术研讨会：邀请两国的人工智能专家和学者进行技术交流和讨论。

产业对接会：为两国的人工智能企业和研究机构提供合作机会。

教育培训项目：举办人工智能相关的培训课程和讲座，培养专业人才。

公众开放日：向公众开放，展示人工智能技术的最新应用，提高公众对人工智能的认识和兴趣。

四.展厅价值

中阿双人工智能展厅不仅是一个展示平台，更是一个促进交流与合作的平台。它将为两国的人工智能企业和研究机构提供展示和推广的机会，促进技术转移和产业合作。同时，展厅也将成为教育和研究的中心，为两国的青年才俊提供学习和研究人工智能的平台，培养未来的人工智能人才。

Bridge of Wisdom

One of the core achievements of the first Artificial Intelligence Global Cooperation Forum

Dear partner.

We are very honored to introduce to you a landmark cooperation project: Bridge of Wisdom-China-Arab Double Artificial Intelligence Exhibition Hall. This project is an important achievement of the first Artificial Intelligence Global Cooperation Forum of the 7th CIIE. The project aims to promote in-depth cooperation and exchanges between China and Arab countries in the field of artificial intelligence by establishing China-Arab artificial intelligence exhibition halls in China and Dubai. The exhibition hall will become an important platform to showcase the achievements of artificial intelligence technology between the two countries, explore future scientific and technological development, and deepen bilateral cooperation.

I. Background

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, both China and Arab countries regard it as a key force in promoting economic transformation and social progress. As a global leader in the field of artificial intelligence, China has strong technology research and development capabilities and broad market prospects. The Arab countries, on the other hand, have become important bridges connecting the East and the West with their unique geographical location and rich resources. By establishing dual artificial intelligence exhibition halls (hereinafter referred to as the Bridge of Wisdom), we aim to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the field of artificial intelligence, jointly explore the frontiers of science and technology, and promote regional economic prosperity and progress.

The Bridge of Wisdom is an important supporting activity of the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE): one of the core achievements of the first Artificial Intelligence Forum.

The forum was sponsored by the Global Investment Promotion Center Committee and the Organizing Committee of the Artificial Intelligence Global Cooperation Forum, and co-sponsored by the Mother Fund Branch of China International Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology. Shangtang Technology, Macao Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Technology Research Society, Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, China Industries Overseas Development Association, International Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance, Shanghai Model Ecological Development Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Digital Content Research Institute co-organized. Supported by Huawei and other technology companies, academic support from Wudaokou School of Finance, Tsinghua University, and organized by Oriental Speakers (Shanghai) Cultural Technology Co., Ltd.

The first forum, with the theme of "New Consensus on Intelligence, New Era of Industry", advocates openness, cooperation and sharing, and takes uniting global artificial intelligence industry organizations and enterprises as its mission. It gathered executives and scientists from more than 100 domestic leading AI companies and technical experts from local industry associations and scientific research institutes. They hold discussions on topics in the fields of intelligent transportation, autonomous driving, large models, embodied intelligence, intelligent health, etc., and jointly promote the development and evolution of AI-enabled industries. Explore new opportunities for cooperation in the global artificial intelligence industry and promote the establishment of the Global Artificial Intelligence Industry Open Cooperation Alliance to empower the construction of a community with a shared future for human intelligence.

The project was initiated and operated by the forum organizing committee and the organizer Oriental Language (Shanghai) Cultural Technology Co., Ltd. The project is now introduced as follows:

II. Planning of artificial intelligence display in the exhibition hall

The China-Arab Double Artificial Intelligence Exhibition Hall will showcase the latest technologies, products and applications of the two countries in the field of artificial intelligence. The display covers many fields such as intelligent robots, machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, computer vision, intelligent transportation systems, and intelligent medical solutions. The exhibition hall will adopt an interactive display method to allow visitors to experience the charm and potential of artificial intelligence technology firsthand.

Planning of each functional exhibition area:

The exhibition hall will be divided into multiple functional exhibition areas, and each exhibition area will showcase specific artificial intelligence applications and solutions:

Intelligent Robot Exhibition Area: Display service robots, industrial robots and robots for special tasks.

Intelligent Transportation Exhibition Area: Showcase autonomous driving technology, intelligent traffic management systems and intelligent logistics solutions.

Intelligent Medical Exhibition Area: Demonstrate the application of artificial intelligence in medical diagnosis, treatment and health management.

Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition Area: Display intelligent manufacturing technology, industrial automation solutions and smart factory models.

Interactive Experience Area: Provides interactive experiences such as virtual reality and augmented reality, allowing visitors to experience artificial intelligence technology firsthand.

III. Activity planning

In order to promote exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in the field of artificial intelligence, the exhibition hall will regularly hold various activities:

Technical seminar: Invite artificial intelligence experts and scholars from both countries to conduct technical exchanges and discussions.

Industry Matchmaking Conference: Provide cooperation opportunities for artificial intelligence companies and research institutions in the two countries.

Education and training projects: Organize artificial intelligence-related training courses and lectures to cultivate professional talents.

Public Open Day: Open to the public to showcase the latest applications of artificial intelligence technology and enhance public awareness and interest in artificial intelligence.

IV. Exhibition hall value

The China-Arab Double Artificial Intelligence Exhibition Hall is not only a display platform, but also a platform to promote exchanges and cooperation. It will provide opportunities for artificial intelligence companies and research institutions in both countries to showcase and promote technology transfer and industrial cooperation. At the same time, the exhibition hall will also become a center for education and research, providing a platform for young talents from both countries to learn and research artificial intelligence and cultivate future artificial intelligence talents.

v. future development

We plan to build the China-Arab Double Artificial Intelligence Exhibition Hall into a long-term and sustainable cooperation platform. In the future, we will continue to update the content of the exhibition hall and introduce more artificial intelligence applications and innovative technologies. At the same time, we will also hold various forums, seminars and exchange activities to provide more cooperation opportunities for artificial intelligence companies and research institutions in the two countries.

vi. cooperation direction

We sincerely invite you to join the construction and operation of the China-Arab Double Artificial Intelligence Exhibition Hall to jointly promote cooperation and development between China and Arab countries in the field of artificial intelligence. Cooperation directions include but are not limited to:

Joint construction and operation: Build a model with typical location characteristics and intelligent operation, investment promotion, and cooperation.

Technical exchanges and cooperation: Share their latest research results and technological progress in the field of artificial intelligence.
